Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammad Najm from the College of Law, University of Thi-Qar, participated in the membership of the defense committee for the doctoral thesis tagged with (the responsibility of the administration for missing the opportunity a comparative study), which took place in the College of Law and in the hall of the late Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and he recorded a number of scientific observations on it.
